Chemical Resistant Clear Urethane Flooring Sealer and Coating
5400 Waterborne Chemical Resistant Urethane Clear Floor Coating and Sealer exhibits excellent wear and U.V. Stability. The floor coating film build, gloss, and chemical resistance are comparable to solvent-based floor coating systems, yet without the intense odor associated with them or the high V.O.C. levels. New technologies allow us to produce a clear water-based urethane flooring product that is much higher in solids as well as attains thicker film build without outgassing problems that its predecessors were notorious for. This allows the applicator to use this the 5400 Urethane product during normal business hours where customers or neighboring tenants won’t be disturbed by an offensive solvent odor, yet not sacrifice any of the physical properties we expect from the chemical resistant urethanes we are all so familiar with.

We do not recommend 5410 Urethane for industrial floors exposed to forklift traffic (use 4800, 5300 or 5073 as the topcoat in these types of extreme areas).
Complies with the Strict SCAQMD Rule 1113 and can be used over residential concrete floors.
