I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your products and customer service! I have placed two orders, and completed two jobs using Versatile products now. I was previously using products from another company and the differences in quality of the job and working with Versatile are like comparing day and night! I am currently in Colorado, but I will be re-locating to New Mexico soon and I look forward to doing more jobs there using your products. I am attaching pictures of the latest job I did. It is truely a pleasure working with such a top notch company! Regards, Dan Hawrylyshyn
Love the product - and Love your company

Just wanted to say thanks for the support and quick shipping. I've used other products before but I really like the workability of the 4195 and the 5073. I will be ordering again! Thanks! I've included a picture, it's saddle tan 1/4" chips with 5073 top coat. Thanks Logan Binford ProTech Concrete Resurfacing
Cindy, I just wanted to send you this e-mail to thank you so much for your great service. It is rare today to find a company that give exceptional service to its customers. So thank you again for everything... Scott Abrams
Mike,
I just wanted to let you know that in dealing with the many suppliers we deal with and many very large manufacturers, nobody even comes close to your level of service and expertise. I have talked to Mark Glenridge many times about specific jobs and just different ideas I come up with and his input is invaluable. The people that take the orders are always extremely helpful, shipping is the fastest I've seen, products fantastic and your prices are great. Keep up the great work. You will always have us as loyal customers. Thanks again for the great service Brian Comstock C&S Flooring Systems
Once again VBP has hit a Homerun with the new Roll on Rock system. Great job you guys. I would to thank everyone at VBP for the support and commitment in developing this system. This system has exceeded our every expectation and delivers exactly what we are looking for: supirior finish, ease of application, quick return to service, and at a great value.
Great Work,
Steve Conklin GarageDeKOR LLC of Colorado
P.S. I have told Mark several times but I wanted to tell you that my guys are loving your floor coating and can't believe we didn't find you sooner. It's taking a little bit to get used to the 5073 but I think they are going to like it a lot as well.

First off the 5073 worked great....love it.The job turned out great, may have two more to do since other of his friends seen that job. I was looking at the 12 x 12 samples and the 4 x 4 samples on "key ring",are all of them different colors? or are they the same..looking to get some samples.

Here are some pictures of the floor that I used the 5205 and 5073 on. This is the old crappy coating. This is what it looked like after stripping it (ewwww!): This is what it looked like after restaining and before application of 5205: Now, 1 hour after application of 5073 (look at the reflection on the walls!) I am astounded at how great it looks!"

Hi Mike, These are some pics of a floor I just finished using your 4001 Waterbased Epoxy Primer-5400 Waterbased Urethane Sealer. I was very pleased with the finished product. This floor was in horrible condition and the owner did not wish to spend money on grinding or resurfacing so I just went with it. The floor is over 100 years old and was very worn and porous. Once again I was impressed with the sealers and will continue to use them...

Mike / Erica,
Much Thanks for your time and support involvong the fine tuning of my most recent floors , The floor here in Florida came out Exceptional!!
Imformation to share with others always helps so here was the process down here on my last project ..
temp 85' Humidity at least 60% probably higher
220 sq ft
1) Mecanical abrade ( Edco grinder w/ pumice stone heads) 2) **4195** thinned w/ 1cup xylene..only used 3qts and I did put it down pretty heavy 3) "dry"rolled it after 10mins..as we discussed...then flaked to rejection ...
4) next day ..Excellent flake adhesion ...no missed spots ..no thin spots ...made for an easy scrape....
5) **5205*** spread thin but complete coverage @ 220 sq ft ...only used 3 qts of it as well..
6) then **5073**...Super Coverage with only 3qts excellent backroll with roller staying connected with material as we had discussed..
7) Job came out Super ...customer happy ..Me Happy :)
in hindsight I thought since I had such a good scrape and ended up with plenty of 5073 extra ..that I could have skipped the 5205... I guess I am still learning in that respect..however the floor did came out as I liked so for now I will still try to use the 5205 first b4 the 5073...
Thank you very much again ..I know alot of people are quick to contact you with the problems ..I just wanted you to know that I am grateful for the help and the excellent products as well......
PS please forward this to erica also ...
speak with you soon

Mike,
I recently did a flagstone overlay job in Capo Beach and just finished a 3 car garage chip system in Laguna Niguel. I used 5205 and 5073 on both.
GREAT STUFF! They are a bit more expensive and time consuming (2 passes on sealer instead of 1 with 5000) but they produce a much more even surface with none of the shine hot spots as with 5000.
I just wish the 5073 had a pot life like 45 minute pot life of the 5205. Stem walls in a garage take the most of time to coat and they both need to be coated with 5205 and 5073. I'm mixing up smaller batches of 5073 for stem walls but it would be much nicer if they were both consistent since they work together.
Again, thank you for these two great new products.

Erica i got the lead and in the process of bidding the garage. I scheduled some time to look at it this week and you will be hearing from me. My other floor was really easy to put down and it turned out amazing.

Just wanted to tell you that the 5073 worked great! The odor wasn't bad, it went on smoothly with that 18" roller you sold me and the divit patch material is also very cool stuff. I was even able to salvage my bucket by peeling the dryed 5073 out of it the next day. All good! I will be in touch for other larger projects.
