5073 is an Aliphatic Polyurea coating sealer that is revolutionary to the concrete floor coating marketplace. Traditional epoxy and urethane coating systems require lengthy, burdensome installation time. Recent improvements in polymer technology have yielded a superior fast drying alternative to these products: Polyurea 5073 is a high 73% solids, Ultra Low Aliphatic Polyurea that produces a seamless, elegant high gloss sealer finish for any concrete flooring surface.

Polyurea 5073 is a ‘rapid return to use’ system that can be applied without the need for expensive equipment, and the treated area can often be completed in less than one day. Polyurea 5073 was formulated with the installer in mind. The concrete floor coating installer can expect to have a pot life of over 30 minutes along with a set time of less than 2 hours making his floor coating installation a breeze. This eliminates costly and inconvenient downtime and disruptions to businesses and homeowners. Polyurea 5073 is an ideal high gloss protective topcoat sealer for decorative flake floor coatings, decorative quartz and decorative concrete floors that have had concrete stain or polymer microtoppings applied to it. Polyurea 5073 concrete floor finish dries fast and can be walked on in as little as 2 hours after installation. The 5073 Polyurea Coating comes in clear and a convenient pigment pack can be added to it to achieve a solid color floor finish.

100% SOLIDS ROLLABLE POLYUREA

Polyurea 5000 is a 100% solids rollable Polyurea Concrete Floor Coating Finish. Polyurea 5000 is specifically designed for interior flooring use where odor and flammability are an issue. The dry times of Polyurea 5000 are much slower when compared to Polyurea 5073 however you can expect similar performance with respect to abrasion resistance, gloss and chemical resistance.

PIGMENTED POLYUREA INDUSTRIAL CONCRETE FLOOR COATING SEALER
Polyurea 5010 is a pigmented high solids, high gloss fast drying concrete floor coating that dries in just over 2 hours. It is formulated for speed and ease of application. Polyurea 5010 can be applied as a 2 coat concrete flooring sealer and is well suited for industrial flooring applications. 5010 Polyurea coatings will provide a medium to high gloss finish to your industrial flooring project. You can expect similar high performance abrasion and chemical resistance as our other Polyurea Floor Coating Products.
