5010 is formulated using the same technology found in our 5000 series of products. The cross linking of the film in the cure makes it exceptionally tough and durable, maintaining its gloss far beyond that of comparable systems. The chemistry is based on polyurea and much attention has been given to the application characteristics in its formulary. As a result, Poly Urea 5010 is extremely user friendly without having sacrificed the performance of the finished product. This product is ideal for use over concrete floors found in garages or other industrial areas where fast return to service is paramount.We have made the 5010 thinner and it dries faster while providing a longer pot life! We have reduced the viscosity down to levels comparable to a low solids CRU. The benefits or 5010 include long pot life, cures to a hard film fast (dries in just over 2 hours), it is self priming with only 2 coats needed and it is suitable for exterior exposure without yellowing. The only draw back is that 5010 is considered combustible and its use should be restricted to well ventilated areas. Use 5010 when you need a faster turn around time and a solid color.
