Roll on Rock® Epoxy Garage Flooring

The Roll On Rock® Epoxy Garage Flooring line has been specially formulated to safe guard your garage flooring against moisture and deterioration while improving the adhesion of the epoxy to the concrete floor without the need for aggressive concrete floor prep.  Corrosive materials like gasoline, oil, antifreeze and salt can severely damage your concrete garage flooring.  Versatile Building Products, inc. has been manufacturing Epoxy Garage Flooring products since the 1990’s and we were the first to formulate a 2 step epoxy garage flooring system designed for the professional garage flooring contractor in 1999.  Prior to the release of our Direct to Concrete Epoxy, most garage flooring installers would spend four days to install an epoxy garage flooring surface.  They would have to grind or shotblast the concrete floor and then apply the epoxy primer to the concrete floor, then the next day they would have to apply an epoxy bodycoat and decorative flake over the epoxy primed floor, then the day after that they would have to apply the first clear topcoat and then finally finish the epoxy garage flooring job on the 4th day with the final chemical resistant urethane topcoat.  After many requests from the professional garage flooring contractor’s, garagecoatings.com decided to develop an epoxy garage flooring system that can be installed over bare concrete in only two steps and without the need for concrete floor preparation.  In 1999 we released our Direct to Concrete Epoxy and it is used in our epoxy garage flooring kits, so now the professional garage flooring contractor can complete an epoxy garage flooring installation in less than one day!

Garagecoatings.com continued to make great progress since 1999 by adding several different garage flooring clear topcoat options that include  a Waterbased 2 component urethane that is very easy to apply to a fast drying Polyaspartic clear that can be walked on in as little as two hours after applying it over the garage floor.  Garagecoatings.com was also the first manufacturer to offer a lifetime warranty for its epoxy garage flooring product.  This was done for the 4195 direct to epoxy garage flooring product to celebrate 10 years of history with tens of millions of sq ft coated without fail.
