The system you will need to install is our Versadeck Plus system. Because your finished surface will be tile, you will only need to install 70% of the system. After you install the Lath, Metal Lath Cement and fiberglass w/ Laminating resin, just broadcast #30 silica sand into the wet Laminating Resin. This will allow you to return the next morning and quickly sweep off the excess sand and then apply you thin set mortar for the tile installation process. You cost will be about $1.70 per sq ft.

Let me know if you need anything else! Attached in the install guide for the Versadeck Plus as well

Thank You,

Testimonials

Hi Mike, These are some pics of a floor I just finished using your 4001 Waterbased Epoxy Primer-5400 Waterbased Urethane Sealer. I was very pleased with the finished product. This floor was in horrible condition and the owner did not wish to spend money on grinding or resurfacing so I just went with it. The floor is over 100 years old and was very worn and porous. Once again I was impressed with the sealers and will continue to use them...
