4010 Colorseal is a waterborne pigmented epoxy sealer designed for use over concrete. The Epoxy Colorseal utilizes a crosslinking technology that allows it to breathe out moisture emissions found on high MVT slabs. 4010 is used as a chip receiver coat as well as a final coat for monolithic floors. Due to its waterborne technology, the epoxy Color Seal is very user friendly and can be used in most areas. To see the colors go to our color chart page.

4010 is designed to be chipped quickly and it also has a short potlife.

Testimonials

Just wanted to tell you that the 5073 worked great! The odor wasn't bad, it went on smoothly with that 18" roller you sold me and the divit patch material is also very cool stuff. I was even able to salvage my bucket by peeling the dryed 5073 out of it the next day. All good! I will be in touch for other larger projects.
