4010 Colorseal is a waterborne pigmented epoxy sealer designed for use over concrete. The Epoxy Colorseal utilizes a crosslinking technology that allows it to breathe out moisture emissions found on high MVT slabs. 4010 Epoxy is used as a chip receiver coat as well as a final coat for monolithic floors. Due to its waterborne technology, the epoxy Color Seal is very user friendly and can be used in most areas.

4010 is designed to be chipped quickly and it also has a short potlife.

Testimonials

Hi Mike, These are some pics of a floor I just finished using your 4001 Waterbased Epoxy Primer-5400 Waterbased Urethane Sealer. I was very pleased with the finished product. This floor was in horrible condition and the owner did not wish to spend money on grinding or resurfacing so I just went with it. The floor is over 100 years old and was very worn and porous. Once again I was impressed with the sealers and will continue to use them...
