MOISTURE VAPOR BLOCKING EPOXY

Our 4100 Clear and 4150 Pigmented Epoxy Floor Coating products are specifically designed to block moisture vapor from coming up from the concrete slab.  They are ideal for using as a concrete primer before laying a decorative product that needs low MVE levels.  They can also be applied over problematic concrete floors that have up to 15lbs of Moisture Vapor Emissions and successfully reduce the MVE down to 3lbs.  Another use for these High Solids Concrete Flooring Epoxies is that they will stick to damp or wet concrete and they work very well for bonding to concrete surfaces that are in poor condition.  4100 is an ideal concrete primer for Decorative Concrete Overlay contractors, they achieve fantastic bonds to concrete flooring and reduce blow offs caused by MVE when used as a primer below their decorative polymer concrete overlay.

4195 Direct to Concrete Epoxy is ideally suited for medium levels of Moisture Vapor Emissions. 4195 Direct to Concrete Epoxy is specially formulated to receive decorative flake or chips in a single application over a concrete floor.  The benefits of 4195 Direct to Concrete Epoxy are increased adhesion to old deteriorated concrete flooring that has up to 8 lbs of MVE.  It will also have plenty of open time leaving the installer plenty of time to broadcast the flake onto it and best of all it can be accelerated to dry in less than 2 hours.  4195 Epoxy makes it easy for the concrete floor coating installer to complete a decorative flake flooring installation with a clear high build topcoat in less than one day.

100% SOLIDS INDUSTRIAL CONCRETE FLOOR COATING EPOXY

4800 Epoxy Floor Coating is one of the most durable and longest lasting epoxy concrete coatings on the market today. 4800 Industrial Epoxy is a 100% solids Cycloaliphatic epoxy, making it ideal for use as an industrial concrete floor coating for warehouses and industrial manufacturing plants.   100% solids epoxy is a term used to describe the volume solids in a coating system. It's what is left over after the epoxy coating dries. 100% solids will yield 100% dried material after the floor coating fully dries. 50% volume solids will yield 50% of the thickness after the floor coating fully dries. Most epoxies are 30% - 40% volume solids. If you wish to compare the thickness after dried application between 4800 Industrial Epoxy and most other 40% solids epoxies you would need 2.5x the gallons to equal exactly the thickness of 1 gallon of the 4800 Epoxy Floor Coating.  4800 Concrete Floor Epoxy comes in clear and pigmented forms and is ideally used as a body coat that will hide imperfections in the concrete surface.  4800 Epoxy has great flow and leveling properties and it will lay out like glass when applied at thicker rates over a concrete floor.  4800 Concrete Floor Epoxy can be used as a high build system and will accept silica and quartz broadcasts very well allowing for up to 30 mils per broadcast.

PIGMENTED WATERBASED BREATHABLE CONCRETE FLOOR EPOXY

4010 Waterbased Concrete Floor Coating Epoxy is a 63% Solids 2 component epoxy paint designed to be applied over concrete floors. 4010 Waterbased Epoxy Paint is very easy to use and it gives the same look as a 100% solids epoxy when dry.  4010 Waterbased Concrete Floor Epoxy can be used as a 2 coat system over any concrete floor to provide a tough high gloss finish that is much tougher than a single component flooring paint.

CLEAR WET LOOK WATERBASED BREATHABLE CONCRETE FLOOR EPOXY

4001 Clear Waterbased Concrete Floor Coating Epoxy Sealer provides a tough high gloss Wet Look finish to a bare concrete flooring for an economical price.  4001 Epoxy Sealer is a 26% solids material and it is designed for use bare concrete with medium foot traffic.  4001 Epoxy Sealer can go over green concrete and high MVE concrete floors since it provide a breathable clear epoxy topcoat finish.  Use 4001 as a low odor high performance concrete floor sealer instead of the high odor solvenated acrylic sealer finish. 4001 can be applied to the concrete floor in only two coats and it is fast drying so you can return the floor back to service quickly.

41 & 48 Epoxy accelerators are designed to be added to the 4100 Concrete Floor Epoxy, 4150 Concrete Floor Epoxy, 4195 Direct to Concrete Floor Epoxy and 4800 Industrial Concrete Floor Epoxy to provide a faster cure.
