CRACK WELD 100% SOLIDS EPOXY RESIN CONCRETE CRACK REPAIR KIT

Our 4800 Epoxy Resin is a low Viscosity Epoxy Product specifically designed for concrete repair.  4800 is ideally suited for repairing cracks in concrete driveways and garage floors or any other horizontal concrete floor area. 

METAL LATH CEMENT POLYMER MODIFIED CONCRETE REPAIR PRODUCT

Metal Lath Cement is a fast setting high compressive strength polymer modified concrete repair product.  It has great adhesion to bare concrete surfaces and it is considered a non shrink material.   Metal Lath Cement is ideal for driveway concrete repair, runway and airplane hangar repair due to its fast drying formula; in most applications it is dry in 60 minutes.  It develops fast early compressive strength of over 1700 lbs in 4 hours and over 2900 lbs at 28 days per ASTM C 109.  It is a great concrete repairing product when used to fill in spalls and cracks.  You can apply it over 10 inches thick without worrying about getting cracks caused by shrinkage.

4920 POLYUREA CONCRETE REPAIR POLYUREA

4920 is a specially formulated 2 component joint and crack filler designed for use as a concrete repair product to fill cracks and joints that are commonly found on concrete driveways, garage floors, airplane hangars.  Concrete repairing is a breeze with 4920 since it packaged in a dual cartridge that mixes in the tip as it exits from a caulking type gun.  The 4920 Polyurea has great adhesion to concrete floors and it sets up in minutes which is typically much faster than epoxy crack repair products.

DIVOT PATCH

Divot Patch is a smooth Polymer Modified concrete repair product.  Divot Patch is a fast drying concrete repair product that does not shrink and it is ideal when repairing concrete that has small defects like cracks, spalls and spider cracks.  Divot patch works well over driveway concrete repair areas since it dries to a medium to dark concrete grey color.

MOISTURE VAPOR EMISSIONS CONCRETE VAPOR TEST KIT

Quality concrete repairing starts with knowing if there is a moisture vapor problem, especially when doing epoxy concrete repair.  Make sure to test moisture vapor transmission and alkalinity of the concrete slab before sealing, coating, or installing floor coatings. The calcium chloride test kits make it easy and affordable for concrete repair flooring contractors.

Calcium chloride test kits

The calcium chloride test kits measure the water vapor transmission rate from the surface of a concrete slab. Also called dome test kits, they use the Anhydrous Calcium Chloride Vapor Emission Method and conform to ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) F-1869 and F1907-04.

As a desiccant, calcium chloride absorbs moisture from the air. A small container with calcium chloride is placed on the concrete floor and covered by a plastic dome. A unique, heavy-duty red dome helps prevent tripping accidents. After 60-72 hours, the calcium chloride dish is cut out. The vapor transmission rate is calculated from the weight difference of the calcium chloride at the beginning and end of the test.

For new concrete construction, ASTM requires 3 kits for the first 1,000 sq. ft. of concrete floor being coated and at least 1 kit for each additional 1,000 sq. ft. The temperature of the concrete floor surface should be in the range 50-70°F. The internal conditions in the room should be 40-60% humidity and 65-85°F.
