Delivery Time

Most orders are filled and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. We use FedEx as our primary delivery service; however other carriers (i.e., Conway, many common carriers, etc.) may be used if appropriate for a particular order.

Delivery times can vary depending on address, carrier and service selected.  Your order will arrive between 1 and 5 business days from the date of shipment.

Pallet Charge

Our experience has shown that certain items have a tendency to get damaged in shipping. To insure a safe delivery, we require them to be shipped on a pallet. An additional shipping charge (pallet charge) is listed on the web under the item if it's applicable. Some customers do not wish to pay this fee. To accommodate them, we ask them to submit a signed request absolving Lodi Olive Oil from any and all liability regarding shipping. They must also pre-pay their order in full by wire transfer.

Rates / Shipping Charge

FREE SHIPPING on orders of $500*! We will ship our products for free in the Continental USA* and to International Ports**. *$1,000. minimum for Garage Cabinets - Cabinets will be shipped to closest terminal **$40,000 minimum for by sea shipping to port of choice.

Appropriate shipping charges will be added to each order. Shipping charges may include a surcharge. All orders over 150 lbs. will be quoted and shipped on the least expensive common carrier (truck) that's available, unless requested otherwise. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Truck / Common Carrier

Many items cannot ship by UPS, FedEx, etc. We have attempted to identify these products and have posted notices on the particular product's web page. Therefore, unless specifically requested, we will ship the best way (i.e., the least expensive common carrier for the value) that we can find.

Surcharges

A surcharge to cover miscellaneous shipping, handling, and insurance charges may be added to your shipping cost.
